The Witcher Soundtrack Now Available so Toss a Coin to your Witcher

The soundtrack for the Netflix series The Witcher is now available. In addition to the jaunty tune “Toss a Coin to Your Witcher,” sung by Joey Batey, the score conjures the essence of The Witcher series thanks to the fantastic work by composers Giona Ostinelli and Sonya Belousova. 

The success of the series was a surprise to everyone (and Netflix), and the score (especially Jaskier’s ditty “Throw a Coin to Your Witcher”) was a big part of it. The score was smartly written to amplify the story from the small moments to the large, powerful sequences.

As we previously wrote, Netflix dropped the ball for not getting the soundtrack out sooner. They were obviously not prepared for the success of The Witcher

The wait is over. The soundtrack is now available on Apple MusicSpotify, and Amazon Music

The soundtrack features 55 tracks of Witcher bliss clocking in at 3 hours and 3 minutes. For those who haven’t converted to a streaming music subscription yet, the album is just $9.99, which is exactly the conversion rate for one coin from the Four Kingdoms.

Netflix recently announced a new anime film featuring The Witcher will be coming to the streaming service in the future. In The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, Geralt will have to deal with a new threat on the Continent. The Witcher series showrunner Lauren Hissrich and writer Beau DeMayo are teaming up again for the anime film.

The Witcher anime film will be produced by renowned South Korean animation company Studio Mir, which produced The Legend of Korra and Voltron: Legendary Defender. No details on the expected date for the show yet.
